All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the property, additional service needs, or unforeseen circumstances. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to require deposits for certain services or projects. Late or unpaid balances may result in service interruption.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We request that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible access to the service area, including securing pets and removing any obstacles prior to service. We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to restricted access.
6. Limitation of Liability
R&R Universal Pool Service is not liable for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our control. While we take all reasonable precautions, certain services, including pressure washing, may expose existing damage.
7. Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
